For the BESTSELLER group, known amongst others for Jack & Jones, we worked on team-oriented leadership of the branch managers. The goal was to create more ownership among the branch teams, especially in the area of ​​customer and sales-oriented behaviour. This has now been achieved with across-the-board growth in conversion, the number of items per receipt, the average receipt amount and the gross margin.
