With a strong fascination for people, a background in Communication and Change Management, and experience as a trainer, team coach, and facilitator of organisational and family constellations, I help individuals, teams, and organisations break through patterns, strengthen collaboration, and increase job satisfaction. Always with an eye for both human dynamics and team and organisational objectives.
Much of what influences our behaviour and the way we collaborate takes place beneath the surface. I help make these underlying dynamics visible and discussable, creating space for new insights, movement, and sustainable change. Safety and autonomy form the foundation of my work. From that foundation, people can take ownership, assume responsibility, and contribute with greater confidence to personal growth and effective collaboration.

My approach is rooted in systemic work and enriched by methodologies such as Transactional Analysis, NLP, Functional Fluency, Deep Democracy, DISC & Motivational Drivers, LEGO® Serious Play®, and Nonviolent Communication. Not as goals in themselves, but as tools to facilitate awareness, development, and sustainable change. I combine an analytical perspective with a highly developed intuition and move comfortably between structure and what emerges in the moment. Gentle where possible, challenging where necessary.
