I bring over twenty years of corporate experience to my work as a trainer and team coach. I understand what it takes to navigate complex organizations and tackle challenging topics such as strategy, digital transformation, sales, and marketing. I challenge teams to gain new insights into how they operate and collaborate. My approach is highly practical, using exercises and tools that can be applied immediately in everyday work. I inspire people to take action through an engaging style that is thought-provoking, energetic, humorous, and connective.
In my sessions, I often work creatively and intuitively. I use inspiring texts, photographs, and videos as metaphors to bring important themes to life. My way of working is unconventional. No flip charts filled with theoretical models, no laptops, and no phones. We move the tables aside, get people moving, and create space for new perspectives. Whenever possible, I take teams outdoors and work with them in nature.
