With my background in various commercial roles at both multinationals and family businesses in the Netherlands as well as abroad, I understand the dynamics of results-oriented work and the human side that comes with it. This combination is at the core of my work as a trainer and team coach: I bridge the gap between business and behavior.

I have a deep understanding of commercial sectors such as retail, the food industry, and the offshore industry. I enjoy collaborating with clients, leaders, and team members to ensure that development doesn't stop at mere insight, but leads to tangible results: in behavior, collaboration and performance.

My sessions are energetic and interactive, allowing room for what emerges in the moment. I start from a structured foundation, but always follow what's needed to create real movement. My style is open, sharp, and positive: I reflect with kindness and lead with decisiveness.
