Over the years working in the Human Resources field, I have frequently listened to directors, managers, and employees express surprise and/or frustration about a lack of collaboration and communication within or between teams. The result: underperformance and reduced job satisfaction.

Whereas I previously focused on listening and implementing interventions, I now enthusiastically and passionately get involved directly with the team and all stakeholders. I combine hands-on experience and strategic insight with applied knowledge and understanding.
