My expertise in performance measurement stems from an analytical and intellectual drive combined with pragmatic results-orientation. I want to understand why things happen as they do and why this does or does not lead to success (in any form) and (workplace) happiness.
It is important to view measurements and research as tools, never as an end in themselves. At the same time, a measurement is an intervention in its own right, which you deploy and utilise in a well-considered manner. My strength lies in clarifying the research question and developing the appropriate diagnostic tools, both quantitative (surveys, data analysis, and desk research) and qualitative (interviews, group discussions, or participant observation).
