At various clients we train managers, HR professionals and agile coaches to successfully fulfill their role as team and organizational coach. In this way we achieve sustainable anchoring of the most suitable skills in team development.

An example project is a client with over three thousand employees who we helped set up a team coaching pool. A pool of managers and members of the organizational behaviour team who are available 24 hours a year to coach teams.

They coach teams in realising their team development goals. These goals are based on our team scan report as well as on the substantive objectives from the department plan. By coaching teams other than the teams they are part of, they can fulfil the process coaching role in a neutral way. The members of the team coaching pool regularly have intervision with each other. During this, organisation-wide patterns are shared and agreements are made about how ineffective patterns can be broken. They work with our unique Team Development toolbox and share with each other what is going well and what should be maintained. In this way, they increase their realisation power and create sustainable work for the future!
