Appropriate approach
We assisted a financial service provider to roll out an international "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process as part of measures against money laundering and terrorist financing. The challenge was to gain acceptance in various countries for the working method determined by the head office. This required an appropriate approach, especially in the more hierarchically oriented cultures.
