In line with organisational goals, I coach and support teams, leaders, and employees. My guidance often focuses on communication, growth through feedback, and effective collaboration. In addition, as a program manager or project facilitator, I frequently co-lead team or organisational development alongside project leadership within organisations.

As a trainer and coach, I help individuals and teams move into action. Together, we explore the drivers and strengths that enable people to pursue and achieve their goals. We uncover what makes effective communication and collaboration challenging, and identify how the team can break through limiting patterns and pitfalls to succeed. Throughout the team development journey, we experience together how things can be done better. Attentive, analytical, empathetic and results-driven. Surprising and light-hearted when appropriate, but also positively confronting when needed. Non-judgemental and people oriented, with respect for differences.
I draw energy from the power of people - discovering what drives them and how they can bring out their best by aligning heart, head and hands.
