The following two-day specialties all have their own theme. Combined with the foundational Team coach training course, they build towards the Post HBO certification Team and organisational development.

During the Fluent leadership program, the personal leadership of the team coach is the main focus. This includes effective use of behaviour that supports teams in further increasing their self-organising, problem-solving and innovative capacity.
