Skills

With my background in business administration and training as a social psychologist, I have developed both a business-minded and people-centred approach. This enables me to decipher visible and hidden dynamics that hinder professional growth and development. I combine practical experience with applied knowledge and insights from Transactional Analysis in organisations, Deep Democracy, systemic working, and Business NLP. Wherever collaboration is under pressure, conflicting interests arise, or diversity seems difficult to integrate, I initiate sustainable movement and progress.
