My approach and experience are that the solution to every team’s challenge is potentially present — even, or perhaps especially, with complex issues. Think of conflicting interests, collaboration under pressure, or failing to take off, often combined with unspoken resistance. It often simply requires a new perspective, a fresh angle, or a different approach. After all, you cannot solve problems with the same thinking and actions that were used in the past.

It is my passion to safely make unwanted patterns visible and open for discussion— both regarding the task and the human aspects involved in teams. With my extensive experience in the social domain, I feel most at home in organisations with a social purpose. Aligning perspectives in this complex domain is my expertise.

I combine practical experience with applied knowledge and insights from, among others, Transactional Analysis in organisations, Deep Democracy, Systemic Work, Voice Dialogue, and NLP.
